On Friday March 11, 2016 at 6:24 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Anthony L. Davis, age 34, of 57 Stevenson Street Seneca Falls, New York for Aggravated Harassment 2nd, a misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an investigation after Davis called another town resident multiple times in a short period for no legitimate purpose. Davis was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court. While at court, Davis became irate and caused a physical disturbance, and began fighting with Officers. While being removed from the court, Davis kicked a door causing damage. After being placed in the back of a police car, Davis began kicking the windows of the patrol car. As a result Davis was also charged with the following charges; Criminal contempt in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor; Criminal Mischief in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor; Attempted Criminal mischief in the second degree, a class B misdemeanor; and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor. Davis was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility with no bail. He is to reappear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on 04/10/2016 at 9:00 am. Seneca Falls Police Officers were assisted at the scene by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Police.
