DWI Arrest

On July 14, 2012 at approx. 2:17AM, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael Hacker, age 27, of Center Street Waterloo, NY 13165. Hacker was stopped by police on West Bayard Street when officers observed Hacker crossing the double-solid line while operating his vehicle. While speaking with Hacker officers could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. Officers then administered field sobriety tests to Hacker who failed all three tests. Hacker was then transported back to the police department where he then gave a BAC reading of 0.16%. Hacker was then issued three UTT’s for Failure to keep right, DWI, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC greater than 0.08%. Hacker was then released and has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 19, 2012 at 10:00AM.
