Local Man Charged with Assault Following Domestic Dispute

parkerOn November 5th, 2014 at approx. 4:31pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dustin H. Parker, age 27, of Spruce Lane in the Town of Seneca Falls.  The arrest stems from a domestic incident that occurred at  Spruce Lane in the Town of Seneca Falls where it is alleged that Parker assault another female in the residence. It is alleged that Parker refused to let the female victim the residence by blocking the exit. It is alleged that Parker placed his hands around the victims neck several times in front of a 4 year old child.  Parker was charged with Endangering the welfare of a child, Assault in the 3rd degree, Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation.  Parker was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail/ $2,000 bond and is scheduled to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 11/06/2014 at 5:00pm to answer to the charges.
