Local Teen Charged with Violating Court Order

On February 26th, 2013 at 8:10 p.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested Jeremy A. Capron, age 17, of 61 State Street, Apartment A, Seneca Falls, New York for Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree. Capron is alleged to have violated an order of protection earlier in the day. Capron was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court in front of acting Seneca Falls Town Justice Mattoon where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500.00 cash bail, $5000.00 insurance bond. Capron is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on March 27th, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. to answer the charge.
