Local Woman Accused of Animal Cruelty

On July 2nd, 2014 at approximaetly 1:43 pm, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Angelina M. Ely, age 23 of 41 Haigh Street, Seneca Falls, NY following a police investigation into a dog that was in distress. The dog was found to have been kept in an enclosed porch without adequate food and water while the outside air temperature was in the upper 80’s. Ely was charged with animal crulety and having another dog running at large. Ely was arrigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was ROR’d. Ely is to appear back in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on August 13th, 2014 at 10 am to answer the charges.
