Local Woman Arrested for Petit Larceny Also Had County Court Warrant

gushlawOn November 24th, 2014 at approx. 1:57pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Tiffany A. Gushlaw, age 26, of 25 Peterman Road, Apartment A3, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 for Petit Larceny.  It is alleged that Gushlaw stole items from a local business worth $31.98.  It was further discovered that Gushlaw had a warrant out of Seneca County Family Court.  Gushlaw was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court on both charges.  Gushlaw was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash, $1,000.00 bond on the Petit Larceny charge and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 12/04/2014 at 10:00am to answer to the charges.  Gushlaw was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail for the family court warrant and is scheduled to appear in family court on 11/25/2014 at a time to be determined by Judge Bender.
