Man Arrested After Pushing Seneca Falls Police Officer

On July 20th, 2012 at approximately 1:20 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Dominick V. Sinicropi, age 21, of 19 Troy Street, Seneca Falls New York, 13148. Police responded to the area of Cowing Street for a fight in progress where officers observed Sinicropi and two other individuals in a physical altercation. On scene, officers ordered all subjects to stop which two of the subjects complied. Sinicropi then pushed a uniformed officer and attempted to leave the scene. Officers then placed Sinicropi into custody where Sinicropi continued to fight with law enforcement. Sinicropi was then charged with UPM, Harassment 2nd, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd, and Resisting Arrest. Sinicropi was then arraigned in front of Justice Barto at the Village of Waterloo Court where Sinicropi was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000.00 cash bail, $4,000.00 ins bond. Sinicropi is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 26th, 2012 at 10:00am in front of acting Seneca Falls Court Town Justice Mattoon.
