Man Arrested for DWI After Hitting Curb

On the 26th of January 2013 Brandon M. Tomanek, age 24, of 2006 Lasalle Ave., Lubbock, Texas 79407 was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Around 1:30 am on January 26th 2013, The Seneca Falls Police observed a Black colored Dodge driving on Water Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. The Dodge was then observed making a left hand turn onto Bridge Street, striking the curb and then began to operate on the sidewalk. Seneca Falls Town Police initiated a traffic stop. While conducting an investigation Police learned that the operator, Brandon Tomanek’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired. Tomanek was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Maintain Designated Lane, Failure to Submit to a Portable Breath test. Tomanek was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash $1000 Bail Bond. Tomanek is to re appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 13th of February 2013 at
11:00 am.
