Ovid Man Arrested on Warrant from Domestic Dispute

On 04-01-13 at approximately 11:50 a.m. Seneca Falls Police arrested David J. Ingandello age 25, of 1798 Gilbert Rd, Ovid, NY on an arrest warrant for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child (2 counts), Unlawful Imprisonment and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Seneca Falls in November of 2012. Ingandello is accused of being involved in a physical domestic with a female while two small children were present in the home. Ingandello was arraigned in Village of Waterloo Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 insurance bond. He is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 04-10-13 at 9:00 a.m.
