Romulus Man Arrested for DWI

On 11/18/12 at approximately 2:06 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Thomas J. Lutz, age 25, of 5426 Route 414, Romulus, NY following a complaint of an intoxicated driver. Police state that Lutz was observed by a cashier at a local business operating a motor vehicle and believed the driver to be intoxicated. The cashier called 911 and police located the vehicle parked at the rear of the business. The vehicle was still running and police observed Lutz sitting in the driver’s seat. He was arrested after failing field sobriety tests. Lutz consented to a chemical test, which showed his BAC to be 0.18% or Higher. He was charged with Aggravated DWI and Common Law DWI. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $750 Cash/$1500 Bond and has to re-appear in town court on 12/12/12 at 11:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
