SF Man Accused of Preventing Resident from Leaving Room During Dispute

On October 7th, 2014 at approximately 12:11 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Thomas S. Colucy, age 53, of 3083 East Bayard Street Extension, Seneca Falls, NY  for Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd degree and Harassment in the 2nd degree.  Charges stem from a domestic disturbance where it is alleged that Colucy physically prevented another individual from leaving a room inside a residence.  Colucy was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was release on his own recognizance.  Colucy is schedule to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11/06/2014 at 5pm to answer to the charges.  A complete stay away (Class A) order of protection was issued on behalf of the other party.
