Waterloo Man Accused of DWI and Marijuana Possession Following Traffic Stop

On September 28th, 2014 at approximately 1:53 a.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Charles G. Stein, age 49, of 1155 SR 96N, Waterloo, NY for Driving While Intoxicated.  The arrest stems from a traffic stop on State Route 5 in the Town of Seneca Falls after police observed the vehicle Stein was driving fail to keep right.  Stein was issued UTT’s for Failure to Keep Right, Driving While intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Stein was released to a third party on appearance tickets and is due to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/6/14 at 6:00 p.m. to answer the charges.
