Woman Charged with DWI after Crossing Center Line

On July 5, 2014 at about 12:26 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Pamela J. Shumway, age 56, of 26 Chapin Street, Seneca Falls for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrested stems from a traffic stop on North Road in the Town of Seneca Falls where Shumway was pulled over for crossing the center line. After failing standardized field sobriety tests Shumway was taken into custody and her vehicle was towed. Shumway was ticketed for Failure to Keep Right, Driving While Intoxicated and Driving with 0.08% or BAC. Shumway was released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 14, 2014 at 6:00 pm to answer for the charges.
